Hydro Riding
Hydro-riding is the alternative of the well-known spinning in the sport school but only done in
water.
During this training one sits approximately to the middle of your body in the water on a so-called
hydro-rider.
On alternating music your legs and also your arms and abdomen are trained. By the capacitance
of water the muscles are extra charged whereas the chance on injuries are small.
The lesson has been built with a warming-up, a part with tempo rotations, exercises on the
bicycle and cooling-down.

We offer a variation of bicycles and movement forms by professional instructors. Each course
new exercises on other music. A lesson of 45 minutes of which the first 5 minutes the bicycles
are placed and are adjusted, 35 minutes lesson and the last 5 minutes are to obtain the bicycles
from water.
Recommendation: Take along a bottle with sufficient water to drink during the training. Carry
along water shoes so that you will not hurt your feet . Bicycle trousers concerning your bath
clothing and it will protects the inside of your legs.
The hydro massage given by the movement of the water hardens legs and buttocks, invigorates
arms and abdomen, strengthens heart and lungs.
One doesn't need to know how to swim and still can obtain an enviable physical shape.
One can loose weight with extreme easiness thanks to a slow and lasting aerobic exercise.

The lessons are simple and affordable, is a complete sport.
Usually is a group of twelve people of any age and sex. We work with background music, and if
the music goes at 120 BMP in a minute, the pedaling must be 60 with the right calf and 60 with the
left one.
The Aqua Bike is adjustable and placed in 100/150 cm water depth, while the water must reach
the height of chest or pelvis.
To have fun and to obtain all the described results, it is enough to follow the instructor and the
music.
