Aqua Power
This lesson combines exercises on the hydrorider with exercise with floating dumbbells. This means you get a full body workout with stamina and strenght exercises. Because the water massages your skin it will also have a positive effect on cellulites. The upbeat music will stimulate everybody and makes sure you have a lot of fun!

Aqua Circuit
This new lesson is for people who would like to do a different kind of training. This lesson is divided in various stations: there are exercises on the hydrorider, swimming, abs, aqua jogging, etc. A high impact combination of stamina and strenght exercises with upbeat music to keep you going!
This is NOT a class for people without good stamina.

For people with some physical limitations or those who want to exercise at a lower pace.

Condition Training
For everybody who likes to swim and want to give it a little extra power. You will improve your swimming techniques and condition through a trainings schedule that will fit your level of training. Different skills will keep you motivated and challenged throughout your training.
