Duration of all lessons is 45 minutes.( with an exception of the Baby and Toddlers lesson )
Please be considerate and be 5 minutes early, if a student is more then 10 minutes late you are not allowed in the lesson anymore! (This rule is not only for the children)
Swimming system is the Aruban ABC system (qualifications on request )
When you already have a swimming diploma please bring a copy.
If you have any health problems please inform us so we can help you if needed.
If you have a contagious disease, you are not allowed in the pool.
When you have a fever and enter the pool you will be under cooled which is dangerous to your health.
When you are sick and you want to make up for a lesson all you need to do is bring a doctor's letter, no exceptions.
When on vacation email us a copy of your ticket 2 weeks prior to departure, and you don't have to pay for the missed lessons.
Please inform us when you can't make it, when we don't see you for more the 2 weeks, we assume you are not interested anymore and we take you out of the system.(When you come back you will pay a new sign up fee )
When you don't show up you can not make up for the lesson.
Vacations: There will be no lessons on official holidays.
During Christmas vacation we close the swimming lessons for 2 weeks and in the summer break for 4 weeks; during this time we have reduced prices.
Swimmers with shoulder length or longer hair must wear a cap (even if you are only 4 years old), our filters get plugged and we are not able to keep the pool healthy any more.
When wet please use bathroom next to dressing cabins, children under 8 years old must be accompanied by an adult when visiting bathroom.( Please for your and other convenience dry off before entering bathroom.)
For the safety of the visitors and swimmers, parents do not stay longer then a couple of minutes on the pool deck and then sit on the terrace with a good book or work with your laptop,( free WIFI ). Please parents of small children do not leave Aqua Windie's in the time your child swims, small children panic when parents are not there when they finish.
It is absolutely not allowed to consume your own food or drinks on our property.
Payments are required to be made in the first week of the month. (If you have a child attending lessons, please sent the child in the lesson first and then come and pay)
If payment is not done within the first 2 weeks of the month, the guest will receive a letter requesting payment, if not paid by end of the month, guest will not be allowed in the lesson. |
