CONDITION TRAINING

Adults Condition Training

Age: 18 years and up
For everybody who likes to swim and want to give their swimming a bit of extra power. You will improve your swimming techniques and condition through a training schedule that will fit your level of training. Different skills will keep you motivated and challenged throughout your training.

 

Tuesday:               7.30 pm - Adults
 

Teen condition training

Age: 10 years and up

Did you pass your diploma's (at least A, B and C) and want to continue swimming? The teen condition training is a fun work out for kids from 10 to 18 years old. Strength, endurance and team work all in a fun pool work out. We are planning on expanding the program with elements of life guard training, snorkeling and Boot camp.
