Adults Condition Training

Age: 18 years and up
For everybody who likes to swim and want to give their swimming a bit of extra power. You will improve your swimming techniques and condition through a training schedule that will fit your level of training. Different skills will keep you motivated and challenged throughout your training.

 

Tuesday: 7:00pm - Adults

Wednesday: 7:00 pm - Adults
 

Swim Team (Youth & Teen)

Prerequisites: Must have passed through Swim & Stroke School, or another equivalent. 

Aqua Windie's is excited to be starting back with their very own Swim team. Whether the swimmer would like to join competitions, or just swim for exercise & have fun, we would love to have you join us! Contact us for a try out.
