Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refunds
Cancellation or Rescheduling by Guest:
Cancellation or rescheduling of a reservation must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled activity to receive a full refund or to secure a new date for the activity.
Late Cancellation or Rescheduling:
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity will not be eligible for a refund, and rescheduling may not be accommodated.
Cancellation or Rescheduling by Aqua Windie's Aruba:
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather or equipment failure, Aqua Windie's Aruba reserves the right to cancel or reschedule activities. In such cases, a full refund or alternative arrangements (such as rescheduling) will be provided to the guest.
There are two options:
1. You can do your theory online with PADI e-learning from home. After this you can finish the practical part (pool session and 4 open water dives) with Aqua Windie's. You can find a link to the PADI e-learning on our website and start right away!
2. You can do your theory and pool skills at a dive center in your area and complete your 4 open water dives at Aqua Windie's.
There are a few options:
1. We have a PADI Bubblemaker program in our pool that introduces children to the diving world (age 8 years and up).
2. During summer vacation we organize summer activities for children (age 4 and up).
3. Some hotels offer childcare services or baby-sitter when staying there.
