Aqua Fitness is for everybody! We offer great lessons in all depths of water with a variety of equipment, such as, dumbbells, pool noodles, kick boards, swim bars and jogger belts, all set to up beat music! These lessons are a good cardio work out to improve stamina and strength, while being low impact on your joints. 

There are a variety of lessons throughout the week that are either set in the big pool or the small pool, depending on the instructor of level of the lesson. Please check our schedule page for more information, or give us a call!
