A challenging strength and endurance training in the shallow side of the pool. Prepare yourself, this a a hard class! With the help of dumbbells, spaghetti's and weights we will train all body parts. You can move on your own level and push the boundaries. Aqua Bootcamp is a challenging workout, are you ready to join?
