Aqua Fitness is for everybody! Great lessons in deeper or shallow water with different materials such as dumbbells, noodles, weights, kick boards and up tempo music. This exercise is a cardio work out with stamina and strength. Also you will build muscle. It's great for your joints because the water makes you feel weightless.

Every week is different and we will train different body parts. For this exercise you need to be comfortable in the water. On Tuesday the lesson is in shallow water. On Thursday and Sunday we will also go in deeper water with floating devices.
